Service Description
The Tone Lab General Wellness Panel provides a convenient overview of key health markers through one blood draw. Includes: CBC w/ Differential Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) Lipid Panel Hemoglobin A1c TSH Vitamin D Vitamin B12 This panel provides insight into overall blood health, blood sugar, cholesterol, thyroid function, kidney and liver function, electrolytes, and key vitamin levels.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Mobile appointments require the client to provide a safe and appropriate location for specimen collection. Please have a valid photo ID available at the time of service. Laboratory orders, testing eligibility, specimen requirements, and turnaround times may vary. Laboratory results are not guaranteed within a specific timeframe. Herbal wellness products and other prepared or shipped items are non-refundable once fulfilled or shipped. Out-of-state clients are responsible for completing their laboratory draw according to the instructions provided. Shipping times may vary.
