Service Description
Tone Lab offers pediatric specimen collection for families who already know which laboratory tests their child needs. Parents or guardians can submit the requested tests or upload a lab order, and our team will review the request and provide a personalized quote before booking. How It Works: 1. Tell us which labs your child needs or upload the lab order/requisition. 2. Tone Lab reviews the requested testing and provides a custom quote. 3. Once the quote is approved, we’ll provide instructions for scheduling the collection.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Mobile appointments require the client to provide a safe and appropriate location for specimen collection. Please have a valid photo ID available at the time of service. Laboratory orders, testing eligibility, specimen requirements, and turnaround times may vary. Laboratory results are not guaranteed within a specific timeframe. Herbal wellness products and other prepared or shipped items are non-refundable once fulfilled or shipped. Out-of-state clients are responsible for completing their laboratory draw according to the instructions provided. Shipping times may vary.
