Preparing for surgery? Tone Lab makes completing your required pre-op labs simple and convenient. 💕 Before booking, please upload a clear copy of your surgeon’s lab order or required testing list. We’ll review the requested tests and provide you with a personalized quote based on your specific lab requirements. Your surgeon may request testing such as CBC, CMP, PT/INR, pregnancy testing, infectious disease testing, urinalysis, or other laboratory work depending on your procedure. How it works: ①Upload your surgeon’s lab order ② Tone Lab reviews your required testing ③ Receive your personalized quote ④ Approve your quote & schedule your appointment ⑤ Come in for your specimen collection 💉 Please do not book your blood draw until your lab order has been reviewed and your quote has been provided. Have multiple tests on your order? No problem — your quote will be based on the complete order.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Mobile appointments require the client to provide a safe and appropriate location for specimen collection. Please have a valid photo ID available at the time of service. Laboratory orders, testing eligibility, specimen requirements, and turnaround times may vary. Laboratory results are not guaranteed within a specific timeframe. Herbal wellness products and other prepared or shipped items are non-refundable once fulfilled or shipped. Out-of-state clients are responsible for completing their laboratory draw according to the instructions provided. Shipping times may vary.
